wpda column titles and `marine` variable

Sometimes we get geom and sometimes we get geometry - we should select with dplyr::stars_with("geom") See https://github.com/BigelowLab/mpatools/blob/main/R/es50.R#L14

The MARINE variable has been numeric (0,1,2) in the past, but now we see TERRESTRIAL etc. Yikes! So, cast all to character and recode?

geom/geometry - argh! - resolved by using which_geometry() to get column index. See it in Ben's fork https://github.com/btupper/mpatools/blob/main/R/mpa.R#L130
