Cleaning Tasks on Website

There a few updates that need to be made on the repo.

• remove frontmatter checking code to use new frontmatter-check pre-commit. #638
• remove the ollama descriptions. It was always a temporary thing #639
• update conferences.py -- REMOVE UPCOMING EVENTS THAT BPD IS NOT A PART OF #640
• move the leadership summit to an events collection that paths to the same location #641
