Unable to manually add tokens

When attempting to create a new market, if I attempt to import a token that isn't in the list, when i go to deploy the market the app crashes before getting to the confirmation modal.

Steps to reproduce:
connect to polygon mumbai
paste in token: 0x7A96bBe95fbCba65303deCE9bA1afcEe350C95A7

attempt to deploy the market.

If you add this token into the testnet token list everything works as expected.

Created #530 to address the issue, but its only a partial fix as it'll only work if the market capacity is in payout token.

Its more than not being on the list, it's not being on the list and not being able to find a price for it.

We required tokens to have a price when calculating the recommended allowance for a new market, however it's only necessary if the capacity of the market is in the quote token.

I'm split here between:

1. If the price model is dynamic or static with no oracle, we could calculate the allowance based of the minimum or fixed price the user sets for the market, picked by the user.
   If it's an oracle one, we can get it from the oracle.

2. Another solution would be to have the user manually type the token price when he imports a token that we can't find a price for.

Solution 1) requires the most changes but likely improves UX, solution 2) is cleaner and more straightforward to implement but adds an extra step of pricing the token.

Obviously I could be missing something here, thoughts?

would like to get @0xTex's feedback on this too. I feel like 2 gets us in a spot of at least working, while maybe we figure out 1 or another solution.
