v0.9: Slightly easier setup

Compared to Skarsnik's beta3 release, this version is slightly easier to set up.

• It is no longer necessary to deploy websocket-sharp.dll to the Components directory, only LiveSplit.USB2SNESSplitter.dll.
• Adding the splitter to your layout before setting up your splits should no longer crash LiveSplit.
• Added some more helpful error messages, which now show up in the layout settings for the splitter, rather than a dialog window that pops up repeatedly.
