The font is making parts of the text disappear.

When I'm using Fast Font, when it's activated, it makes parts of the text disappear, preventing me from fully understanding the content. Is there any way to adjust its size so I can test if, when bolding some letters in a word, it causes other letters to disappear due to spacing issues?

thanks for reaching out.

Hundreds of people are already using the font, but until now I have never heard that text was missing.
From the technical perspective it should also not be possible that the font makes text disappear, as all letters are fully functional.
There should also be no issue with spacing as the letter spacings are preventing overlap.

To replicate the issue, could you please clarify your setup?

• Which font version are you using (Fast Sans, Mono, Dotted, Serif)?
• On which device are you using the Font (PC, eReader, Tablet, Smartphone)?
• What kind of text are you applying the Font too (MS Word, eBook, etc.)?

In the attachment, the word "sempre" (always) has its last characters omitted. I believe this is due to the font size. When I reduced the font size, the word appeared complete. sorry for the late reply.

Thank you for the Screenshot, and the description. That makes it much clearer.
Unfortunately this seems not to be a problem with the font but with the kind of text you are applying it to.

In your example from the book, the text ist embedded into an surrounding picture.
With making some letters bold, the text needs more width than without bolding it.
The surrounding picture is overlying the text, that means if the text needs more space it simply vanishes below the picutre.
This behaviour is clearly visible on the sharp right border of the picture thats cuts/ vanishes the text.

If you try the FastFont on a regular eBook without pictures it should work like charme.

Coming back to your current text with the pictures.
A solution would be to edit the PDF and change the arrangement of the elements.
Put the text in front of the picture, then it should work.
To edit theses kind of PDF elements you could use PDF-XChange Editor, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or another PDF editor.

Olá,
yes, please try it on another eBook.
This way we can narrow the issue down.

And if possible please use a plain eBook format like epub, mobi, azw etc.
PDF is alway kind of tricky as there are a lot of PDFs with baked in Fonts or other features that can lead to problems like the example with overlaying pictures, etc.
