Add a race-day checklist

We should provide a checklist of what we have learned are good practices for setting up the track. This list should include:

• Have backup configuration files that we know work. Do not overwrite these when you save during registration so that you can go back to a good version if something goes amiss.

• Replace all batteries (lights, timers)

• Put together startup scripts for each event

• Tests:

1. Test opening, running, and closing registration.
2. Test opening, running, and closing, race manager.
3. Test track order (ex: does the blue track in the app match the blue track trigger, and so on?).
4. Test running / resetting race.
5. Test handling common track issues (empty lanes, accidental triggers, re-running-races, dropped communications).
6. Test printing out a report.
