CHAP EDD workflow question

In the CHAP EDD workflow, the pipelines specify with detectors to read it, but I believe it is well established that counting from 0, the physical detectors 11 and 12 are plugged into channels 12 and 11; in other words, they are switched.

Where in the CHAP code is this flip documented?

Yes, this actually came up on Wednesday last week (04/22/26). Kelly and Amlan will double check the setup, since nobody was actually very sure of the current wiring, but we should list this info in the "attrs" field for the detector, with the actual angle as well. It already allows for that. CHAP will assume that the detector ID order is zero based and in the same order as the h5 detector output file.
