Document how to add trainee shifters to the training instance of the CertHelper #245
Description
It seems users are not automatically added to the training instance of the CertHelper (https://training-certhelper.web.cern.ch/) when added to the certifier egroup (or to the shiftlist tool) and I am not sure how to add users by their CERN username.
