Scope: Note viewing, uploading, and search functionality

Tasks:

• Add file validation (PDF only, max 10MB)
• Implement full-text search using search_index field
• Add filters: by quarter, week, professor, course
• Create search page with results
• Improve NoteCard component with better UI
• Add pagination for large result sets
• Reset form after successful upload
