Choose which neovim instance should show the diff

Dynamically choosing the neovim instance would be nice.
Also an option to prefer the current neovim instance over other instances when Open-Code is running inside neovim would be nice

Agreed. And maybe an always on heuristics like prefer to show diffs in a buffer open with the file being edited.
