Can't Create Project

When heading to:
Identity --> Projects --> Create Project

You will get error:
Could not find default role "member" in Keystone

Workaround:
Create role "_member_" in roles and you are then able to create a new project.

Possible cause:
Microstack Horizon is setting a default role that doesnt exist.
