[BUG] Default Presets are not saving the state of Keyboard

Summary

It seems like there seems to be an issue with the keyboard stuff on Windows and it doesn't save / persist the state for the keyboard overlay.

Looking at the code, the keyboard state should be saved to presets via the keyboard: KeyboardData | null field in ProjectConfiguration (apps/desktop/src/utils/tauri.ts:528). The keyboard feature was recently added in PR #1615.

Relevant files for investigating this:

• apps/desktop/src/utils/createPresets.ts - handles preset creation/saving
• apps/desktop/src/routes/editor/Editor.tsx:549 - where createPreset is called with the project config
• apps/desktop/src/routes/editor/context.ts:155-165 - normalizeProject handles keyboard settings initialization
• apps/desktop/src/store/keyboard.ts - default keyboard settings

Potential root cause: When presets are applied in PresetsDropdown.tsx (line 48-54), normalizeProject is called which may reset the keyboard configuration. Additionally, in context.ts:856-862, there's logic that auto-initializes keyboard settings when keyboard segments exist but project.keyboard is null - this could be overwriting preset values on load.

The issue might also be specific to how keyboard state is initialized when there are no recorded keyboard events (hasRecordedKeyboardEvents() returns false for single-segment recordings at line 848-852).
