Button for Indoor Measurement Taking

With the buttons for Outdoor / In Vehicle measurement taking, there should be an additional option to take a measurement Indoors.

(Double check validity of this) Need to make sure users know that this measurement is not going to be sent to the FCC -- needs to be either outdoors or in vehicle. Mark these measurements selected as outdoors as outdoors in db.
