ProjectAnalyzer only provides MatchFilePathCase for entire solution

ProjectAnalyzer should also provide a MatchFilePathCase task on project level.
For projects in submodules that are meant to be included in another repository's solution the project level task should be used.

The solution level task should only check for capitalization mismatches in its included projects' paths (see #5), while the project level task should check for included files.

Additionally the solution level task could provide an option to run the project level task on all of its projects.
