The data that you provided is a "Seurat" object, but in your code you treat it as cds (https://github.com/ChengxiangQiu/JAX_code/blob/d937db47e0f04693daee2c0f398c9b04924cecb1/Section_1_basic_analysis/step2_Pseudobulk.R#LL16C7-L16C24). I was able to follow your help code to get around this.
I think it would be helpful for you to provide your sessionInfo() as a separate file and the data link in readme file.
For example:
