Broken with jquery 1.12

jQuery released their new version , 1.12, and gulp-jquery seems broken with this new version. It outputs nothing.

@ghusse it looks like jQuery completely changed their build process starting with v1.12 and v2.2. jquery-custom, which this gulp plugin wraps, will not work with those versions. If you're ok with staying on the old version you can download 1.11 and src it directly from gulp.

I dunno how long it will be before I'll have time to rewrite jquery-custom for their new process.
