Hi, I have a question. Would it be possible for you to rewrite Crazy Applied and make a refreshed version 2 of it?
I mean a version that would be cleaned up, improved, and maybe expanded with some additional features. I could also suggest some ideas for things that could be added or improved.
I noticed that you are officially creating mods for Applied Energistics Uno, so I was thinking that if you asked the original developer of Crazy Applied for permission or a license, they might allow it.
I would honestly be really happy to see this mod revived, because it’s a very good mod, but it feels unfinished and underdeveloped.
I’ve also seen that even after a long period of inactivity, you still made fixes and improvements to your mod, which I really appreciate.
So my question is: would you be willing to rewrite it and possibly combine several addons and ideas together into one larger addon for Applied Energistics Uno Official? That’s what I mainly use right now, and it would be great if someone eventually gathered those addons and improved them a bit into something more complete.

It’s unlikely that I will rewrite Crazy Applied as a standalone mod. However, my friends and I are currently planning to fork AE2UEL. Our goal is to backport features from AE2 1.20+ to version 1.12.2, while also focusing on bug fixes and expanding the core functionality of AE2UEL itself.
If we succeed in this goal, the current mod might be phased out, and existing addons will likely become incompatible due to the significant changes. That being said, we plan to handpick the best features and content from those addons and integrate them directly into the core AE2 base. This should eventually provide a more stable and "complete" experience.

Right now I’m helping with testing Advanced Rocketry for Minecraft 1.12.2, so I have some experience when it comes to finding bugs. It’s nothing extremely advanced, but I’m pretty good at spotting issues and quickly figuring out what might be causing them.

So if you ever need someone for testing or bug finding, I’d be happy to help with that.

Sure, that would be great! However, I should clarify that this is currently just a long-term goal. We are still busy with other things at the moment, such as our real-life jobs and maintaining some other mods.
