DEV - Global font definitions

Overview

As part of streamlining styling based on design style guide (which also abstracts colors and fonts at the same time) with defaults, we want to utilize global font definitions instead of having font specifications at lower levels.

The font includes the size baseline and family.

Also this should follow something like this to ensure non web safe fonts can be used: https://getdevdone.com/blog/non-web-fonts.html

This is especially of note for:

• notification.css,
• UserDropdown.css,
• CalendarDropdown.css,
• NewGrantModal.tsx

Tasks

• Define global font definitions (family, size, etc) applied to the entire application
• Adjust Tailwind config and other files as needed
• Remove font specifications at lower levels and ensure styling is as expected

Acceptance Criteria

• Font specifics are only defined in centralized locations
• Font definitions match design style guide
• Non web safe fonts should be able to be used
• Fonts should be able to be easily swapped
