Disabled extension slash command no registered after being enabled

**Describe the bug**

When an extension is disabled, after a while the slash commands will be unregistered, if the extension is enabled back again they are not registered back. 

**Have you been able to reproduce the bug?**
Disable an extension with a registered slash command, disable it and wait until it become unavailable.
