fix: use absolute URLs for og:image meta tags
Social media crawlers cannot resolve relative or root-relative paths. Changed all og:image content values to use the full https://weekly.codetengu.com/ base URL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
