feat(sed): add scripts for various text transformations on input.txt

- script-01.sh: replace all occurrences of 'i' with 'I'
- script-02.sh: remove all numbers from the text
- script-03.sh: remove lines containing any number
- script-04.sh: replace "We'll" with "We will"
- script-05.sh: move leading numbers to the end of the line
- script-06.sh: add a space after each comma not already followed by a space
