What is the work that needs to be done?
Where there are dayplans that have a 30 minute or more study group session before lunch, replace the study group with a demo slot. Just a rejig of the timings and order of existing day plans.
Why is this work important to do?
We find demos are less likely to be done after lunch when students (especially remote) disappear to do their own work or the importance of demos isn't realised as it's more of an afterthought.
We want to bring demos forward to make sure everyone is engaging with them.
Additional context
Demos are the noticeable skill people need when they're doing their Demo Days at the end of Launch. It can be a noticeable employability trait so we build it through all courses.
