Cawbird 1.0 sometimes takes a very simple "one event, one notification" approach. Since Mastodon effectively brings back the full notification feed then it would be useful for high-traffic accounts if it could combine the notifications - e.g. “Lauren Ipsum and 12 others favourited your toot”
