A user reported this issue and I've been able to recreate it myself
The contact form on our website here: https://website.org/contact requires you to type in some text from an obscured image to prove you aren't a robot.
The text is quite hard to read and there is no way to get a different option to try.
I'd expect there to be a clearly labelled refresh button that would reload the captcha text.
I'm using Chrome v94 on a Mac but the problem is common to other browsers and devices.
