Bug in Register form

Describe the bug
Unable to determine if form is submitted after selecting submit. Form details still remain when form is reopened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click "register" on home page
2. Fill form details
3. Click on submit
4. Close form

Expected behavior
Form submission gets confirmed and form closes automatically
