Permission Denied

I cloned this repo and I am running transfer SOL program but getting this error:

```
> rust-p2p@1.0.0 reset-and-build
> ./_cicd/cicd.sh reset-and-build

sh: ./_cicd/cicd.sh: Permission denied
```

I even tried with `sudo npm run reset-and-build`
