npm run build:program

hello, i am having directory issues, i have tried every possible solution i could lay my hands on, but i keep getting this error

root@Jay:~/solana/hello-solana# npm run build:program

operable program or batch file.

i am running on WSL.

The issue is that u didn't install cargo or u didn't include it in the right path
