dotnet-ci.yml: YAML-Formatierung korrigiert

Die Workflow-Datei wurde korrekt eingerückt und strukturiert, sodass sie nun gültiges YAML ist. Funktional bleibt der Ablauf unverändert: Bei Push oder Pull Request auf main oder master wird ein .NET 10.x Build und Test auf Ubuntu für Blazor.SimpleGrid.slnx ausgeführt.
