bug(ide): extension installed and enabled but nothing under "Tools"

• extension has been installed into VS2022 and enabled but there is no entry under "Tools" menu
• extension version 2026.1.30.12
• VS version 17.14.27

I'm using this extension with VS2022 and it seems everything is working fine.
The extensions standardly sits in Extensions/MCP Server, as seen here:

And options are in Tools/Option => search for MCP Server:

Can you maybe clarify, which of these parts is missing?
