in dark mode the cursor is dark when moving and light when stationary

In dark mode when the cursor is stationary it blinks and is white (correct behavior) but when it is moving, like if you move it around with the arrow keys it is dark and hard to see. See screen capture:

I tested in both Firefox and chromium on Linux.

Here's the version. I'm running code as a container and configured for use with nextcloud. I think this is the correct place to report issues with that but if it's not please feel free to close. Thanks!
