All tokens are gone

Hi,

I am using Comfy Cloud almost everyday. Yesterday, when I was making some tests with workflows, I was keeping an eye on my tokens. I had about 6900 tokens. Next day (today) I logged into my account and saw that I had 2 tokens left!

I looked up the usage history and found out that II had -0.02 dollars on my Cloud account. That didn't let me to work for today.
Also, today is my subscribtion renewal (19.03). About an hour later after checking my balance, I received th eemail with the bill - ComfyUI charged me with 35 dollars for the subscribtion renewal and I got my 7400 tokens for the upcoming month.

My question: why all tokens were gone a few hours before the subscribtion renewal?
Is subscribtion update is a reason or something else affected the tokens number?
How does it happened that more than 6900 tokens were gone at ones and I was cut out from the possibility to work for a day?

Please help me to figure it out.

Are these credits an additional recharge, or are they from the subscription? Credits included in the monthly subscription will be reset when the new billing cycle begins.
