Publish A11y Agent Team to the Anthropic Connectors Directory so Claude Desktop users can install and receive updates automatically.

Why

Currently Claude Desktop users have to manually configure the MCP server. A directory listing would make installation one-click and enable automatic updates when new agents or tools are added.

Scope

• Package the MCP server for directory submission
• Meet Anthropic's listing requirements
• Enable auto-update for Claude Desktop users
