I have a question regarding analysis of DNA methylation (Illumina EPICv2) data that has 930,000 CpG sites.
The tutorial (chapter-3 practical) showed network construction of genes that mapped to CpG sites but what if we want to only analyse CpG networks and then to perform annotation of these CpG modules?
