Spelling of CDMetaPOP for MER prep

The capitalization of the 'm' in CDMetaPOP needs to be checked for congruency. I believe CDMetaPOP is the 'proper' way to spell CDMetaPOP, but CDmetaPOP is used throughout the repo.

I don't see any instances of this, except in some file names. Is that what you're referring to?

Yes.
But, my point is that the spelling is inconsistent.
In the official papers and user manual the software is named "CDMetaPOP"

In the readme, the user is told to run CDMetaPOP.py, but the file does not exist.
As a dyslexic person, this trivial problem, caused me a head ache.

If each of the files can not be updated to "CDMetaPOP", the readme needs to at least reflect the correct file name.

Ok I got you. Are the filenames the only instances where you're seeing the inconsistency?
