Error Testing Example Run

I installed it on the root of my local C: drive and opened up cmd to complete the example run in the user manual. When I navigated to the folder and entered python UNICOR.py small_test.rip I got an error saying "User must specify input file name (e.g., at command line type UNICOR.py user_input.rip).". Even though I did specify "small_test.rip".

Ever run into this issue?

Extremely tardy reply: It can not find the input file, so this means you are not fully in the directory where small_test.rip is located. Usually, something like, C:/UNICOR/unicor is needed.
