powershell execution fails when using convert(to/from)-securestring

Hi all,

does anyone know, if there is a known problem with executing ps-scripts (PS 5) containing convert(to/from)-securestring?
If i run the ps-script on commandline, things are fine, scripts runs like it should.
Running it via snclient (nrpe call) results in an error which says, that it cannot find the credentials and gives a hint, to run ps in interactive mode...

Any help appreciated!
