Removes [parse-duration](https://github.com/jkroso/parse-duration). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@google-cloud/profiler](https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-node/tree/HEAD/handwritten/cloud-profiler). These dependencies need to be updated together.
