Question about part-time fellowship participation

Is it possible to participate in the fellowship on a part-time basis, for example half-time or quarter-time, of course with a reduced scholarship amount or without funding?

It depends on the mentor. I expect at least 50% on-site attendance, but the mentor has the final word and it may depend on the specific nature of the project.
