Dear CutillasLab,
I'm trying to download the DB containing the kinase-substrate interactions from the paper:
"Reconstructing kinase network topologies from phosphoproteomics data reveals cancer-associated rewiring"
which uses ebdt and points towards this github page. This in order to run a KSEA using this awsome database of interactions.
The paper mentioned that there should be an API for accesing the data from "http://chemphopro.org", however I'm not able to find any information on this API or get it to work to extract all the Kinase-substrate interactions.
Can you perhaps help me? I understand its a bit offtopic, but I guess this was more straightforward than emailing the corresponding author. If this is not the correct location or person to aks do you perhaps know who I should contact?
