Test scripts are not organized as components (M)

Test scripts are generally placed in one folder instead of being organized as components the way source scripts are.

I propose placing test scripts in a directory structure similar to that used for source scripts, and naming scripts the way source scripts are.

There is a question about where privilege tests go.
