right now we're including video files as static resources inside our git repo. This will lead to issues with building a docker image on deploy, and take up way more resources if we're doing "live-previews" on each pr. 200mb+ on each instance will add up quickly.

We should switch to using a cdn for static video / psd resources or a central file hosting for our internal usage if more dynamic content is needed.

Looks like git-lfs exists if we like the pattern of having them included in commits for internal sharing
