Provide arm64 usage instruction at readme

• add a section in README, indicate how to work on this repo with arm64 arch computer
• include the visualize tool instruction
• add a nested folder under /docker, named as you want, add vnc container dockerfile and compose.yaml
• provide a one shot open shell script

This issue is solved by #14
however, further investigate have to be done since the feature can't support everyone's mac series laptop
@JustinShih0918 will keep it on when it there is a free time.
