Does not fill 4 line display when set to 20, 4

I have it set to run on 4 lines yet the actual menu will only work on the top two. On start the menu whooshes in on the bottom two, then moves up to the top two. I like this library and want to use it in my project but this is limiting me greatly...

Hi, I'm experiencing a similar problem. I absolutely love your menu library but can't use it because it only supports 16 x 2 LCDs. I would greatly appreciate it if you could update it to be compatible with 20 x 4 LCDs. Thank you for such a great library!
