Uncertainty narrative reorg: measurement → depth → stress (tracking)

Epic / tracking issue for reorganizing the Quarto uncertainty pages and the companion manuscript into the forward-propagation arc measurement error → depth → stress/strain at depth, with a literature-grounded best-practice/deviation statement at each step.

Target: a 3-step "Uncertainty" arc (theory-uq folded into / companion to the stress page), plus attribution, mirrored in the paper.

Quarto pages

Update: Page-4 attribution (#7) is relocated to the companion framework (mdenolle/dvv-coupling-framework#17, #20; interface #18). codameter's arc now ends at step 3 = stress/strain at depth (Δσ_ij(z,t) with posterior). The stress page and paper Part 3 hand off attribution to the framework.
