Is this project still active? If so, are there any docs or examples?

Actually I did develop this further as part of an internal project. So code is live and in production. I just don't have time to make it into a standalone OSS project.

If you are interested I could dump the code. There are no docs, but it's pretty well covered with unit tests.

@PeterKnego I'd be interested in writing some docs and such, because as of right now RethinkDB has mediocre Java support (relying on Jackson or Gson for POJO conversion) and something like this could be very useful.
