How can I reset the database ?

Hello all,
At the moment I see 2 installations ( of VS Code ) with the same version. When I try do deinstall one of them I get

Microsoft Visual Studio Code could not be uninstalled

"Es wurde kein installiertes Paket gefunden, das den Eingabekriterien entspricht." means that the package was not found. Which is correct, but UniGetUI shows its 2 times .

Is there any chance to reset the list of installed packages ?
