unigetui can not update itself

ERROR The following instances of "unigetui" are still running, Close them and try again.

please restart your pc and check if the issue persists

tried, the problem still exists

more, in the log window, choose "Reinstall package", it'll show "Unigetui was installed successfully", but actually it doesn't, after reboot unigetui, it is still for updating
