Describe the improvement

Package SpartanJ.ecode has recently been added to winget-pkgs:

• [SUGGESTION][BUCKET] Winget (see #120) SpartanJ/ecode#286
• [Package Request]: ecode code editor microsoft/winget-pkgs#344003

There are currently no previews and there is no icon in UGUI. Let's change that.
