[IMPROVEMENT] More fine grained setting for skipping minor updates

Describe the improvement

Currently "minor" means e.g. 3.4.5 -> 3.4.6.
I have at least one app where minor updates are numbered 3.4.5.6 -> 3.4.5.7.
Therefore I need an option to tell which place in a version number shall be skipped.
Most apps: 3rd
Some apps: 4th

Describe how this improvement could help users

Skip minor versions but get all necessary updates.
