After the update, UniGetUI (UniGetUI v2026.2.4) should not automatically bring itself back to the foreground or maximize itself, so that your work is not interrupted

You won't be interrupted while writing in an application or similar when UniGetUI finishes updating.

Unfortunately, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one facing this issue after upgrading to v2026.2.4. It's really disheartening to always see a new bug or problem arise after an update whereas prior to the acquisition that didn't seem to be the case. It's nice to always have updates and fixes, but these days it feels more tedious with the bugs that appear or unwanted changes.

But I digress, I'm noticing this happening too. I looked at my settings and couldn't find an appropriate setting that could modify this behavior. I didn't notice it prior to v2026.2.4, but also, I didn't use v2026.2.3 so I'm not sure if that's when this behavior first appeared. Additionally, I typically leave UniGetUI active while I'm installing/updating packages, but today I batch upgraded and noticed it kept bringing the app back to the foreground.

I literally uninstalled UniGetUI until this issue is fixed. How can an update make a drastic setting that its forcing it to the foreground when there is an update available?
And there is no setting to disable it? Pathetic change.

I'm glad to not be the only one having this annoying issue. Please fix this behavior or, at least, give us an option to avoid it. I guess I'll turn it off until a fix is released.

This issue should be resolved in the next release. The app will now only open when you click the toast notification instead of every update.
